I know what it feels like to be the bottleneck. Ten years ago, I was running a fast-growing B2B agency that looked successful from the outside, but on the inside, I was working 70-hour weeks, completely exhausted, and holding my own company back from real expansion.
That vacation breakthrough forced me to confront a harsh truth: my company relied on me for every single microscopic action. I immediately began a complete, ground-up architectural rebuild of how I approached corporate leadership, strategic delegation, and core operating systems.
What I discovered changed everything. The enterprise leaders I most admired weren't working harder — they simply engineered systems that ran seamlessly without them, rendering themselves completely irreplaceable in strategy, yet replaceable in day-to-day tasks.

Outside of advisory hours, I am a mother of two, an avid trail runner, and a terrible but enthusiastic home chef.
